We understand this and hone in on what we know WILL work for you and your space.

At Maple & Muse, we offer a number of management services to give each client the opportunity to customize their experience based on their needs. Success in the short-term rental world is not "one size fits all." 

Full Service

​ This service is designed for clients who prefer to be hands off except for purchase and maintenance approvals. This is an ongoing service that aims to build a long lasting working relationship with the property and the client. 

Full Service Management includes, but is not limited to:
 

  • Guest Needs - Communication, boots on the ground for guest emergencies or requests.

  • Calendar Management - Across various platforms and with powerful management tools - Accepting & declining bookings, screening guests, reservation adjustments and notes, fluctuating pricing to maximize income and bookings

  • Listing Management - Writing and regularly updating listing details, photos, and check in / out instructions across several platforms to maximize income and bookings

  • Publishing Across Several Platforms - Direct booking websites, Airbnb, VRBO, Peerspace, Booking.com, Trip Advisor, FurnishFinder, Expedia, and many more! 

  • Platform Support - Communication across different platforms to implement listing optimization, insurance claims, and resolve bugs in the various platform booking systems. 

  • Maintenance and Other Home Needs - Being present for maintenance or communicating maintenance needs with client & hired maintenance, assistance in sourcing local providers as needed.

  • Cleaning - Managing the cleaning team, cleaning schedule, invoicing, cleaning/turnover checklists & quality control 

  • Guest experiences - Customizing welcome baskets, guest amenities, thank you cards, and local recommendations

  • Inventory Management - Ordering supplies from our trusted and discounted suppliers, quarterly home inventory, monthly consumable restock, replacement items

  • Financial reporting - Monthly review of reservation income, cleaner payout, taxes, & purchases

  • Competitive Strategies - Regularly audit the space and listing for suggest upgrades, compare ranking & price on platforms compared against the local market, aim for superhost status & 5 stars.

Collaborative
Services

This service is perfect for clients who prefer to be involved but would still like help. 

We can customize this tier to be a handful of full service management options but ultimately, we work with the property owners to create a system that works for clients & our team.

This is an ongoing service that aims to build a long lasting working relationship with the property and the client. 

Mentor Services

Want to manage on your own but need somebody to mentor you? Maple & Muse will assist in starting or revamping your Short-Term Rental business!

We offer a mentorship program to go over different platforms, guest expectations, pricing, communicating with guests, guest experience, how to find the best products for your space, and so much more!

These sessions are available as needed and are topic based. From completely setting up your listing and property, to an update or advice on current STR processes and needs, we've got your back!

This is a bookable service that aims to optimize your investment together and then hand it over to you to run with it!

Area Specific Services

Maybe you don't need full service, to create a collaborative team with Copper Mountain, and you know what you're doing! What else can we do to help? We also offer area specific help! Want us to adjust your pricing and that's it? You got it! Want us to check on quality after turnover team? We can do that! Need help communicating with guests? Or even just setting up your listings? This service is intended to help in the gray areas and fill in the gaps where you need it!

Virtual Services

Virtual services can be useful to clients who prefer to hand the computer work and communication off to somebody else! The really nice thing about virtual services is that we can assist properties all over the country. From full service virtual management to just a few tasks on a regular basis, we have you covered.

Managing Virtually is a great option for clients who are not in Ohio. We team up with the cleaning team and offer a local quality inspector if needed.

The goal is to create a lasting working relationship and use our proven methods to continue or amplify the success of your space. 

Please note, these are only management & co-hosting services. At Maple & Muse, we love to offer the full package but it's not required of our clients and we can offer one without the others.
