Full Service
This service is designed for clients who prefer to be hands off except for purchase and maintenance approvals. This is an ongoing service that aims to build a long lasting working relationship with the property and the client.

We can customize this tier to be a handful of full service management options but ultimately, we work with the property owners to create a system that works for clients & our team.
This is an ongoing service that aims to build a long lasting working relationship with the property and the client.
Mentor Services
Want to manage on your own but need somebody to mentor you? Maple & Muse will assist in starting or revamping your Short-Term Rental business!
We offer a mentorship program to go over different platforms, guest expectations, pricing, communicating with guests, guest experience, how to find the best products for your space, and so much more!
These sessions are available as needed and are topic based. From completely setting up your listing and property, to an update or advice on current STR processes and needs, we've got your back!
This is a bookable service that aims to optimize your investment together and then hand it over to you to run with it!
Area Specific Services
Maybe you don't need full service, to create a collaborative team with Copper Mountain, and you know what you're doing! What else can we do to help? We also offer area specific help! Want us to adjust your pricing and that's it? You got it! Want us to check on quality after turnover team? We can do that! Need help communicating with guests? Or even just setting up your listings? This service is intended to help in the gray areas and fill in the gaps where you need it!
Virtual Services
Virtual services can be useful to clients who prefer to hand the computer work and communication off to somebody else! The really nice thing about virtual services is that we can assist properties all over the country. From full service virtual management to just a few tasks on a regular basis, we have you covered.
Managing Virtually is a great option for clients who are not in Ohio. We team up with the cleaning team and offer a local quality inspector if needed.
